| Computer service for
celebrity |
Oct 2009 |
| On 24th Oct
2009, Safemode is pleasure to
help Charles Tolliver - an
American jazz trumpeter and
composer, with his computer
problem. Charles Tolliver
visited Sydney in October 2009
during which his Toshiba laptop
had a problem with its hard
drive. It was also a bad
situation as the problem
happened on a Saturday when many
companies are closed and
services are limited. One of the
worst computer problem that can
be named is hard drive failure.
Charles' years and years of
personal and business data was
at risk. He found Safemode
through referral from his friend
and brought the laptop straight
to our workshop. Having
understood the urgency of the
issue, our technician James
helped Charles to recover data
from the corrupted hard drive,
installed a new hard drive and
rebuilt Windows. Most of the
work was done on the same day
Saturday but due to limited
time, it was all finished on the
following Monday. For Charles,
it was a happy day after all.
For Safemode, we've got another
happy customer - Charles
Tolliver. |
